Position: Senior Vice President, Hanover Medical Group
Cejka Executive Search has been exclusively engaged to assist in the recruitment of the Senior Vice President, Hanover Medical Group, a subsidiary of Hanover Health Corporation and an affiliate of Hanover Hospital. Hanover Hospital is a 106-bed hospital and regional market leader offering a comprehensive array of medical services to the two county area surrounding Hanover. Located in beautiful and scenic Hanover, Pennsylvania, Hanover Medical Group has recently experienced tremendous growth. It is currently comprised of an employed, multispecialty 25-physician medical group, 13 midlevel providers, 164 employees and 12 practice sites throughout the greater Hanover area.
As the senior executive leading this group practice, and an active member of the hospital's senior leadership team, the Senior Vice President, Hanover Medical Group will play a key role in the ongoing development and future growth of the group. In addition to overseeing practice operations, s/he will be responsible for the following key areas: practice infrastructure; financial performance; culture; leadership team; recruitment functions; EMR and other related healthcare technologies; extraordinary quality and patient safety results; patient/employee/physician satisfaction results; branding/marketing; managed care contracting.
The Senior Vice President, Hanover Medical Group will be a high energy, professionally seasoned, self-directed physician group practice executive with excellent operational, financial, strategic and communication and marketing skills. Candidates with a post-graduate business degree (MBA/MMM/MHA) are highly desired. Best candidates will have at least five years of experience in medical group practice operations in a senior role. The organization will consider physician and non-physician candidates.
