Position: Senior Executive, Corporate Operations
A large integrated healthcare delivery system located in the Southeast is seeking a senior executive to create and execute a strategic vision to transform two established clinical service lines into high performing, competitive and sought after businesses. This leader will develop a tactical plan with defined and quantifiable measures of achievement. Creativity, critical thinking skills, high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit will be essential for the ideal candidate.
The successful candidate will also offer:
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline required (MHA or MBA preferred).
- A minimum of ten years leadership experience within a complex healthcare delivery system preferred.
- Executive presence and presentation skills required.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in the following required:
- implementation of strategic initiatives showing demonstrated growth and expansion of a product line/business venture,
- financial analysis and management of high revenue generating division, and
- ability to translate a business plan into action within a complex integrated delivery system.
