Position: Women's Services Practice Director
Community Physicians of Indiana is currently seeking an experienced individual to join their team in the role of Women's Services Practice Director. This individual is responsible for the leadership and strategic and operational direction and efficiencies of CPI's OB/GYN practices. Working closely with the Hospital Presidents, Group Practice CMO/COO/CEO, and Office Administrators, the Women's Services Practice Director will create an environment that fosters patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Master's degree preferred, however will consider commensurate experience. 5-10 years high level, multi site, practice management experience and/or 2-5 years OB/GYN operations clinical management experience, required.
Candidate should also possess basic P& L understanding, practice management systems knowledge, and have demonstrated leadership, relationship, and team building skills.
