8:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.	The Current Landscape of Strategic Partnerships Kevin Kennedy, ECG Management Consultants In this opening presentation, Mr. Kennedy will provide an overview of the types of partnerships and factors in the development of strategic partnerships by organizations
9:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.	Providence Medical Group: A Case Study within an Integrated Delivery System Phil Jackson, Chief Operating Officer, Providence Medical Group Participants will receive an overview of how an IDS has developed and used strategic partnerships
10:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.	Refreshment Break
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.	Examples of Strategic Partnerships from around the Region Larry Thompson, CEO, Skagit Valley Medical Group; Marvin Lein, CEO Bend Memorial Clinic and Michael Tronolone, M.D., Medical Director, The Polyclinic and Stuart Freed, M.D., Medical Director, Wenatchee Valley Medical Center
12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.	Networking Lunch and Legislative Updates
1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.	Panel Discussion: Strategic Partnerships All speakers will be invited to participate in a panel discussion with attendees. Forum will allow open time for questions and further discussion on the concept of strategic partnerships. Panelists will address why these partnerships work, keys to their success and lessons learned in the process (if I had to do it all over again...)
