Capitol Hill Day

AMGA 2008
Capitol Hill Day

April 22-23, 2008
Gaylord National Hotel & Conference Center
National Harbor, Maryland

REGISTRATIONS IS CLOSED

AMGA Capitol Hill Day provides healthcare leaders with a chance to interact with their elected officials in Washington and advocate for medical groups.  Participants will be encouraged to attend the Advocacy School which will provide a “how to” primer about politics, policy, advocacy and lobbying. Before the visits on the Hill, AMGA will host a breakfast with a Congressional speaker.

Over the past two years, Chair of the powerful House Ways and Means Health Subcommittee, Congressman Pete Stark (D-CA), and former Chair, Congresswoman Nancy Johnson (R-CT), have been our special guests.

The program is free of charge, but participants are responsible for their own arrangements and expenses.  Space is limited, so make your plans to attend today. Thank you for your commitment to advocating for medical groups, and we look forward to seeing you.
