The American Medical Group Association invites you to take advantage of exclusive sponsorship/exhibitor opportunities at the upcoming AMGA Institute for Quality Leadership (IQL) Annual Conference, September 30 – October 2, 2009 at the PARC 55 Hotel in San Francisco, California. An exclusive cohort of medical group decision-makers from across the country will gather in San Francisco for networking and shared learning. These individuals are accountable for the quality of care delivered by their organizations—Chief Executive Officers, Medical Directors and Chief Medical Officers, Quality Improvement Directors and Quality Officers, and Governing Board Members.

This intimate gathering will offer contributors valuable networking opportunities with some of the most influential leaders in the field of healthcare quality improvement. To maximize your contact with these individuals, we are offering a limited number of sponsorships/exhibit opportunities, and we urge you to secure your place as soon as possible.

The focus of this year’s meeting is “Enhancing the Patient Experience: Past, Present and Potential.” Additionally we will be celebrating 10 years of the Acclaim Award with a special Award presentation and celebratory lunch in the exhibit hall.

In addition, AMGA has an opportunity for one organization to become the Platinum Host of the IQL Annual Conference and AMGA Leadership Councils meetings, which will be held just prior to the conference on Wednesday, September 30, 2009. The AMGA Leadership Councils are networks of individuals in leadership positions within their medical groups. The following councils will be meeting: CMO/Medical Director, and the Quality Improvement Directors/Officers. As the Platinum Host, you will participate at the various meal functions during the council meetings, offer a short introduction about your organization, receive recognition as the host of the AMGA Leadership Councils, and have the opportunity to host a focus group/panel or some other presentation for the two Councils.

Platinum Host for Institute for Quality Leadership Annual Conference and Leadership Council Meetings
$45,000 to support this event (SOLD). Host will receive:

*Focus Group/Panel
The IQL/Leadership Council Meeting Platinum Host Sponsorship includes the opportunity to hold a focus group/panel meeting with members of the CMO/Medical Director and/or Quality Council for a confidential, 90-minute breakfast meeting. AMGA will reserve this timeslot in the agenda for this focus group, however, the marketing, agenda development, and activities included in the focus group/panel are the sole responsibility of the Platinum Host.  Attendance at the panel will be strictly voluntary on the part of the Council members and AMGA cannot and does not guarantee a minimum number of participants. 

Gold Contributor at Institute for Quality Leadership Annual Conference
$7,500 to support this event. Gold Contributor will receive:

Tabletop Exhibitor - SOLD OUT
Tabletop exhibits will be visible and accessible to all meeting participants on October 1 – 2, 2009. Fifteen, six-foot tables will be placed around the perimeter of the Ballroom, where every break and meal function with be held. The cost of a table will include one padded chair, a waste basket, power, and conference registration passes.
