What It Means to Be an ACO

This presentation will frame our discussion of Accountable Care
Organizations, starting with a legislative history of ACOs, a definition
of an ACO, and next steps healthcare organizations have to make to move
toward this model. Drawing on the experiences of AMGA’s 2010 regional
meetings on ACOs, Dr. Fisher will explore opportunities and strategies
to facilitate your group’s evolution toward an ACO.

Care: Moving Forward on the Journey to ACOs

framework for ACOs will discuss the administration’s plans.
