Call for Presentations
2009 Annual Conference Call for Presentations is CLOSED!
The deadline for submitting proposals for AMGA’s 2009 Annual
Conference was Friday, June 20, 2008 (5:00 p.m. EST).
Thank you to the many AMGA member medical groups and corporate
partners for submitting proposals for AMGA’s consideration.
The call for presentations is now closed and the review process is
underway.
If you have submitted a proposal for consideration, please make
note of the following timetable of the review process. Please
note, this time table may change, depending on circumstances beyond
our control.
Timeline of Review Process (approximate and
subject to change)
- June 23-27: Initial review by AMGA staff to make sure
that proposals are complete and follow stated guidelines.
- June 30-July 18: Phase I review and rating by AMGA
Member Proposal Review Team
- July 21-25: Phase II review of rated proposals by AMGA
Education Committee and AMGA Staff
- August 8-15: AMGA will confirm speakers by e-mail. AMGA
will also notify those who were not selected to be
included on the 2009 conference program.
