General Information

The American Medical Group Association® is a member-driven organization, dedicated to providing first-rate educational activities to our members. If you are interested in attending and your organization is not a member of AMGA or you are unsure of your membership status, please contact Ryan O’Connor, Vice President of Membership at roconnor@amga.org or 703-838-0033, ext. 325.

Discounts

Early Registration: Register by Friday, February 8, 2008 to take advantage of a $100 early registration discount. Your registration fee includes all general sessions, breakout sessions, networking discussion groups, two lunches, three receptions, and the closing dinner event and entertainment. Group Discount: AMGA Members, Corporate Partners, and non-member healthcare delivery organizations can qualify for an additional registration discount. Four or more paid registrations from the same organization will receive a $150 per registration discount.

Registration forms not accompanied by check or credit card payment will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, February 15, 2008 in order to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Substitutions are welcome and will not incur a processing fee. Should an act of war or act of God strike the U.S. in the time immediately preceding the conference, registrants unable or unwilling to attend the conference will be given a credit in the amount of the registration fee to apply towards a future AMGA activity or other future AMGA expense.

Accommodations

Make room reservations directly with the J.W. Marriott Grande Lakes by calling (800) 576-5750 and ask for the AMGA conference rate. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, February 13, 2008 in order to receive the AMGA conference rate of $270 per night (single or double occupancy). After this date, rates and availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed.  Please note that we anticipate selling out the host hotel far in advance of this date.  The J.W. Marriott Grande Lakes is located at 4040 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, FL 32821.

AMGA also is holding a smaller block of rooms at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Seaworld. Make room reservations directly with the Renaissance by calling (407) 351-5555 and ask for the AMGA conference rate.  Reservations must be made by February 13, 2008 in order to receive the AMGA conference rate of $259.00 per night (single or double occupancy).  After this date, rates and availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed.  Please note, this is a small block of rooms and it may sell out far in advance of the cut-off date.  The Renaissance Orlando Resort at Seaworld is located at 6677 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL 32821.  AMGA will provide shuttle service between this hotel and the conference hotel at J.W. Marriott Grande Lakes.
