Call for Presentations
Thank you to those who have submitted a proposal for consideration by
the AMGA 2011 Annual Conference Planning Team. The Call for
Presentations is officially CLOSED!
At this time, the American Medical Group Association is currently
reviewing proposals sent in by AMGA members and corporate partners for
our 2011 Annual Conference: Learning from the Best!, April 13-16, 2011
at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, DC.
If you have submitted a proposal and have not received a confirmation of
receipt by AMGA, please contact Andi Bartolomeo at
abartolomeo@amga.org.
Important Dates
- Timeline of Review Process (approximate and subject to change)
- July 19 - 21: Initial review by AMGA
staff to make sure that proposals are
complete and follow stated guidelines.
- July 21 – August 6: Phase I review and
rating by AMGA Annual Conference
Planning Team
- August 6 -
11: Phase II review of rated proposals
by AMGA Annual Conference Planning Team
and AMGA Staff
- August 27: AMGA will confirm speakers by e-mail. AMGA will also
notify those who were not selected to be included on the 2011 conference
program.
