This session will address the variety of issues surrounding integration, as more and more of our groups are evaluating this as a strategy and those who are already integrated must navigate sensitive governance and culture issues.

Council attendees will have an opportunity to visit the facility used by Southwest Airlines to train and develop their employees. In addition to a tour, members will have time to interact with the culture team of southwest, learning more about how Southwest’s focus on employee satisfaction contributes to employee productivity and customer satisfaction.

Wrap Up and Take Aways
Following the tour and presentation, council members will discuss the difficulties in balancing patient and provider satisfaction and identify ideas and solutions from Southwest that can be implemented back home to create loyalty among patients and providers.
