Special Opportunities and Events

The opportunities listed below give your organization additional visibility and recognition, including signage outside events and acknowledgment in the program. AMGA welcomes additional grants of any amount in support of this program.

Central Bar and Coffee Center Host - $25,000 SOLD
Be at the center of attention with your support of this refreshment and networking area for our attendees. Located in the center of the Exhibit Hall, this opportunity includes the food and beverage items that are being served during all meals and breaks on Thursday and Friday. It also includes your company-designed graphics. Supporter has the option to offer additional specialty drinks and/or treats for attendees (ordered and paid separately and directly through convention center and not included).

Saturday Hospitality Suite and Break Station Host - $3,500
(Host must be AC20 Contributor/Exhibitor or AMGA Corporate Partner)
On Saturday, your team can move into a convenient hospitality suite for meetings and also serve as one of our hosts during our refreshment breaks. The food and beverage for the conference will only be available in these suites during the morning and afternoon breaks.
Package Includes:

  • Exclusive use of hospitality room for entire day 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (doors must be open during conference break times)
  • Room stocked with coffee and refreshment items during the morning and afternoon breaks

Contributors in all categories receive acknowledgment in the meeting program, signage, and badges designating contribution levels. Exhibitors are also allowed to distribute promotional items from their booths to meeting attendees.
